1. To sell a house, you need to fix it up. That normally means painting, fix-up, and a lot of work and expense. Then you need to clean it up when you move out. We buy your house as-is. There’s no need to fix anything, clean anything, or do any work at all.
2. It takes time and energy. Finding an agent, signing listing contracts, scheduling showings, negotiating, all takes time, and adds stress. You deal directly with us. No agents, no listings, no open houses, no showings. We make you an offer, we sign a direct contract, and you’re done.
3. There are lots of unknowns. How long will it take to find a buyer? Will it pass the inspection? Will the buyer qualify for their loan? Will the house appraise? Could the buyer get cold feet and back out? With MJR, there’s no mortgage company. No inspection, and we won’t back out.
